The controversial B.C. comic by Johnny Hart is archived here. Where's the funny cavemen? Isn't B.C. supposed to stand for before Christ? Anyhow, the New Jersey Star Ledger, New Jersey's largest newspaper, is dropping the strip as a result.

A good analysis of the phrase "Disrespecting the Bing."

Thanks to viciously funny features like this one, and this Organ-Donor Crisis Infographic, The Onion is still the first place I turn for fine online satire. For real information on Organ Donation, check out the Coalition on Donation. And for real information about Gay Pride parades across the USA, check PlanetOut.

Check out a portfolio of Ann Telnaes' 2001 Pulitzer Prize-winning political cartoons. Telanaes is only the second woman and the fifth freelancer to win a Pulitzer.

Joey Ramone, rest in peace. Here's his playlist of 10 favorite songs, courtesy of Uplister, "the best source for playlists on the planet." Other celebrity playlists include Ice-T and Jurassic-5's DJ Nu-Mark.

Magic 8-Ball Autopsy. The best part is when the investigators ask the 8-Ball, mid-operation, if it is "enjoying" the procedure. Prescient as always, the partially deconstructed toy replies, "Outlook not so good."

Sopranoland is allegedly the biggest Sopranos fansite around. I don't know where else you'd get Bada Bing! club ashtrays and matches or Satriale's "We Grind Our Own" Pork Shop bowling shirt. Another nifty Sopranoland feature is SopranoSue's Sightings, a must-click for any denizen of Joisey who would like to know, for instance, the exact real-life location of PIZZALAND (Route 7 westbound, east of Ridge Road).

This so-called Ludic Kid is a pal of mine, so ankle over there and check out his newly redesigned site. He's got kind of a bad attitude, but he's also got great links.

Sure, Bunny Abuse is no way to spend Good Friday. It's sacreligious!
And don't get me started on Peep Autopsy! Is nothing sacred?

The abridged scripts at The Editing Room are hilarious and filled with spoilers. Don't click on a favorite flick unless you're prepared for it to be skewered.

What happens when a maternal German Shepherd meets a bunch of needy little tiger cubs? An absolutely adorable photo, for one thing.

Here's two well-traveled links. This new site hilariously uses a go-go boy to demonstrate various dances, and in this Internet classic, Eric is still at it, still conveying emotions.

What dress size did Marilyn Monroe really wear?

AfriCam, billed as "The World's first Virtual Game Reserve" is fascinating and beautiful, a nice change from the taxis and passersby I'm used to seeing on urban cams closer to my home. As I've been checking it out this morning, I've already seen elephants, owls and other wildlife I can't name.

Does the phrase "What? No fucking ziti?" ring a bell? No? Then I guess you haven't been watching "The Sopranos."
I live in New Jersey, right in the heart of a lot of the places referenced in HBO mob/family drama. It can be very weird. When Uncle Junior recommends a doctor, it's one who works at the same hospital I've been to a few times with my mom.
